A Few Nuggets

1. Mukama takubilayo. He is faithful, true to His Word and full of surprises. He is always on time. He does not give us more than we can handle, He is always with us. He is a God of miracles. He is our Friend. He absolutely loves us. His grace is sufficient. Our part is to trust Him.

2. There is great satisfaction in doing everything as unto the Lord not to men. When you do all you do as working for God not men, at the end of the day all that will matter is a tap on the back from God – the one who sees all things and knows all things. No matter the outcomes (whether good or bad) of your efforts, endeavors or labors, with God as your ‘audience’ it will always be a win-win situation (for you). One thing to check though, what is your motive?

Matt 6:3,4 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Col 3:23,24 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

3. Treat people with honour and respect; regardless of their colour, race or even outward appearance. You can’t be sure who you are dealing with. You just might be looking down on or treating with contempt someone you shouldn’t be treating that way (or one you will regret having treated that way). Besides why should anyone be treated or approached with any form of disregard?

4.We are surrounded by many, but not all are ‘committed’ …to you: to your dreams, hopes, well being etc.

“Without commitment, you cannot have depth in anything, whether it's a relationship, a business or a hobby.”  NeilStrauss

“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” - ArtTurock

5. Love indeed covers a multitude of sins. Love rules. Love wins.
'A loving heart is the truest wisdom.’ ~Charles Dickens

The truest form of love is how you behave toward someone, not how you feel about them.”  SteveHall

6. "True friends are those who came into your life, saw the most negative part of you, but are not ready to leave you, no matter how contagious you are to them," - Michael Basey Johnson

7. Evaluate self

8. Practice the presence of God

9. Forgive(over and over again)

10. Take delight in knowing your God
